Northern Spain Wine Dinner | March 21, 2025

Join us for an intimate wine dinner at Sepia, where Wine Director Jake Bennie will guide you through a curated selection of wines from Northern Spain, featuring regions like Monterrei, Galicia, and Priorat.

Chefs Andrew Zimmerman and Kyle Cottle will prepare a curated menu tailored to each wine, highlighting the rich heritage of Spanish cuisine. Highlights of the evening’s menu include tuna crudo, carabinero prawn, rioja-braised beef short rib, and a decadent pan con chocolate.

VIETNAM WITH CHEF ANDREW ZIMMERMAN | 2024

Guests were able to accompany Chef Andrew Zimmerman on an 11-day discovery of one of the world’s most unforgettable destinations. They were able to experience a fully immersive trip through Vietnam, curated by Modern Adventure in November, 2024.
